Box Office Hours:

The Box Office at The Fillmore is open starting at 12:00 Noon on day of show only.

The Fillmore Charlotte box office hours are:
Monday-Thursday 12Noon-5:00PM
Friday 12Noon-4:00PM

For Events on Satruday and Sunday the Box Office will open at 12Noon

If the 1st day of sales for a concert is on a Saturday then the box office will be open from 10:00AM-12:00 Noon

Fees:
There is a per ticket box office fee applied to every ticket purchased at the box office. For tickets up to $20 the box office fee is $3 and for tickets $20 and over the box office fee is $5.

Methods of Payment:
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash are all acceptable forms of payment.

Parking Information:
Parking is available onsite.
